Pick Up orders will be ready within 3 business days unless discussed beforehand by Country Gone Crazy
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday 9:00-5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 1:00
Pick up orders must be picked up within 60 days of purchase date. After the 60 days, you will automatically forfeit the right to any exchange or return.
Products that have not been picked up within 60 days will be donated to a local charity without notification or warning.
The customer is responsible to pick up their order in a timely manner.

Example:
Order #CGC12345 was placed on 01/01/2024, the customer will have until 03/01/2024 to pick up this order or they will forfeit the right to an exchange/return.
